  Have used PE for several years and have been very pleased with their work. Just had our yearly furnace/boiler check up and found we needed to replace our furnace. Heat exchanger was rusting. the tech (Chad) was very courteous and he spent four plus hours checking furnace and boiler. Had a long check list that he gave me upon completion. Extremely thorough. They were able to instal the new furnace the next day. Todd and another employee did installation. Can't say enough about Todd's courtesy. First class as has all the employees that have been to the house. My only concern is I believe they are quite pricey. I did a bit of checking AFTER the installation and price I paid was substantially higher.
  Wish I had gotten another quote or two (but that is on me not PE). Also, as has been said many times, you get what you pay for and their service is outstanding.
